Those You Call Monsters

This was a month long project between two friends and myself! I provided the character portraits and a brief bit of writing, as well as helping to edit background photos. I love the characters we came up with. Content warnings and proper credits in the itchio page.

Game concepts I've been kicking around

Janitor game

My day job is as an after-hours janitor. I've done this for a combined 5 years, and I think it would make for an interesting game. The concept is basically the same as I do in real life: perform a specific list of tasks and race against the clock, as each of my buildings has a time limit for what my employer considers reasonable to finish the work. I want to use it to learn Godot, a first-person 3D environment with a focus on building atmosphere and anticipation through the liminal quality of after-hours offices. Undecided if I want to lean all in on horror or simply let it live in the uncanny.

Nik game

I have a character named Nik, who was designed to be a genderqueer disaster elf chaos cleric for D&D. The idea for this game is a traditional visual novel to explore the limits of their willingness to play characters to seduce someone (the player). So the main drive of this idea is character exploration.
